Where do you ship to?

We ship worldwide with very few exceptions.

To make it quick and easy, we ship from three locations:
1. New Zealand: All NZ orders are shipped from our HQ
2. USA and International orders are shipped from our USA base, in Tennessee.
3. Australian orders are shipped from our stock in Melbourne.

International: All international orders (outside of the USA, NZ & Aus) ship seamlessly via our international shipping option (passport shipping) which takes the hassle out of taxes, duties and customs clearance.

How long will it take to arrive?

Orders are shipped within 48 hours and then orders to NZ, USA, and AUS addresses take 2-5 days to arrive and all other countries (international orders) arrive within 8-10 working days after being shipped, in most cases.

UK and EU: Yes, we ship to the EU and UK. To get your order to you smoothly and have any applicable customs import duties and taxes pre-paid at checkout, we've partnered with Passport Shipping and they will be the Seller on record for all orders to the UK that are EU €150 and Under.
