When will my order arrive?

How long will it take to arrive?
Orders are shipped within 24 hours, and then orders to NZ, USA, and AUS addresses take 2-6 days to arrive, and all other countries (international orders) arrive within 8-16 working days in most cases.

We ship worldwide with very few exceptions.

To make it quick and easy, we ship from three locations:
1. New Zealand
2. TN, USA (for USA and International orders)
3. Australia
International: Most international orders (outside of the USA, NZ & Aus) ship seamlessly via our international shipping option (passport shipping), which takes the hassle out of taxes, duties and customs clearance.
