There was a mistake in my shipping address

Please double-check your checkout information before you complete your order, however, if you have already placed your order, your shipping address can be changed up until the point when your order is being packed (order marked as "shipped" when the shipping label is created.)

If your order has not yet shipped, you can edit your shipping address from your order confirmation email OR by clicking on the order from your customer account.

If your order has already shipped, we are unable to change your shipping address and the address is final. If we receive your order back to our warehouse due to an incomplete/incorrect address we will be in contact to collect the correct information and get it re-sent.
