My order was never delivered

My address is correct

For domestic orders (USA, NZ & AU):
If your order has not arrived 12 business days (domestic orders) after it was shipped please reach out to our customer service team by replying to your order email or contact us here and we will begin an investigation with the courier service. Once a response is received from the courier service, undelivered orders will be fully replaced or refunded (based on available inventory).

For international orders:
If your order has not arrived 20 business days after it was shipped please reach out to our customer service team by replying to your order email or contact us here and we will begin an investigation with the courier service. Once a response is received from the courier service, undelivered orders will be fully replaced or refunded (based on available inventory).

My address is incorrect

For orders that have not been shipped yet, you can easily update your shipping address. View this article to learn how: There was a mistake in my shipping address

Orders that have already been shipped, with an incorrect or incomplete address will not be replaced or refunded. If the order is returned to the sender then we will reach out when it has been received with the next steps to get the order to you.

I was notified that my order was delivered, but it isn't there

Your tracking shows that your order has been delivered, but you can't find it? That's not good to hear that it isn't there for you!

Before we go any further, please:

• Check for the parcel anywhere else it may have been left and check with anyone else who may have accepted it or taken it in for you?
• Wait at least 24 hours after you get the delivery notification, as often they can be delivered the next day
