Received a faulty item

While manufacturing errors are very rare for us, as with all clothing, they do happen. If you received an item with a manufacturing fault, please let us know right away by simply replying to your order confirmation email or contacting us here. You will need your order number and ideally a photo and explanation of the fault as well as letting us know if your shipping address is unchanged so that we can get a replacement pair to you as soon as possible.
