We know that everyone's foot shape and sock preferences are different and so you can exchange or return anything in your order within 30 days of it being delivered, allowing you to get the right size and fit for you.
If your order is eligible, you can:
- Return your order or partial order for an exchange: Exchanges
- Return your order or partial order for a full refund (excluding shipping cost): Returns
*Limited edition and clearance socks may not be able to be exchanged for the same item and will be exchanged for an alternate item or refunded.
Warranty
We all have a favourite pair of Creepers, and wish they could last forever! We offer a one year warranty on all purchases against manufacturing defects. Damage caused by, but not limited to, incorrect packaging removal, normal wear and tear, user error, and abrasion will not be covered by this our warranty. All warranty claims are subject to review and inspection.
The warranty policy does not cover replacement pairs.
To submit a warranty claim please contact us and let us know what's happened and ideally include a photo of the issue.
Someone from the team will get back to you within two working days. To help us expedite your warranty claim, please let us know your order number and attach a picture of the item/issue in question.
If approved, we'll get a replacement to you as soon as we can for the same or similar item (dependent on inventory).
