Returns
We've got you covered with our 30-day Money Back Guarantee. Returns are eligible on socks that have been delivered within the last 30 days and are in as-new condition.
You are eligible to return items for an exchange or refund for pairs of socks that:
- Have been delivered within the last 30 days, and,
- Are in as-new condition and have not been removed from the packaging
If your items are eligible for a return, please contact us, along with your order number, and we'll get right back to you with the return address if needed. Note that at this time we are unable to offer free shipping on returns or provide shipping labels - it is your responsibility to return the items to us.
Refunds will be made immediately after the returned items pass inspection and will be processed back to you via the method used in the original purchase unless an exchange has been requested, in which case an exchange order will be created, with free shipping back to you.
We do not take responsibility for any items lost during the return shipping and note that we will assess all returns, and any items returned that have been obviously repackaged and are not as new will not be accepted and will be disposed of.
