It's important that you get the socks that fit you best so that you can experience the awesome difference that Creepers provide.

Exchanges are eligible for socks that have been delivered within the last 30 days.

If your items are eligible for a return, please contact us, along with your order number and what items you would like to exchange and what you want to exchange them for and we'll get right back to you with the return address if needed. Note that at this time we are unable to offer free shipping on returns or provide shipping labels.

We do not take responsibility for any items lost during the return shipping but of course, will do out absolute best to get the right socks for your feet!

Exceptions apply to single-item returns.
