There is a delay in my order being delivered

For domestic orders (USA, NZ & AU):
Your orders should be delivered within 6 business days but at times there are delays within the postal system that are out of our control, no matter how fast we get your order sent.
If your order has not arrived 12 business days after it was shipped please reach out to our customer service team by replying to your order email or contacting us here and we will begin an investigation with the courier service. Once a response is received from the courier service, undelivered orders will be fully replaced or refunded (based on available inventory).

For international orders:
Your orders should be delivered within 10 business days but at times there are delays within the postal system that are out of our control, no matter how fast we get your order sent.
If your order has not arrived 20 business days after it was shipped please reach out to our customer service team by replying to your order email or contacting us here and we will begin an investigation with the courier service. Once a response is received from the courier service, undelivered orders will be fully replaced or refunded (based on available inventory).
